Office Systems Manager

Our Client is a leading Legal firm with a rich traditional history and important Client connections. They are looking for an Office Manager with good relevant qualifications and general administrative and IT experience. The firm operates the ECLIPSE PROCLAIM system and experience or detailed knowledge of this software is essential.

Responsibilities

· Managing PROCLAIM, the case management system for the staff at the firm

· Performing administrative responsibilities for Proclaim, including account management, and template maintenance

· Project manage systems implementation to ensure effective operation

· Acting as primary liaison for external IT suppliers and support

· Train and support staff and HR in systems used within operation

· Record general office & IT expenditure and manage the budget

· Assess suitability of software and systems to meet business needs

· Manage relationships with and negotiate terms with external providers

· Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment

· Maintain the condition of equipment and office and arrange for necessary repairs

· Managing online and paper based filing systems

· Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management

· Ensure data protection adhered to in relation to storage of data

· Review and update policies and manual relating to systems and storage

· Write reports for senior management and present
