Litigation Solicitor

A highly regarded law firm with offices based in South Hertfordshire is looking for a Litigation Solicitor PQE 3-4 years to join its highly motivated and  busy property litigation department.

Job Description

The firm is looking for a self-motivated ambitious solicitor who will have the following responsibilities:-

Supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios, dealing with recovery action from default to realisation;

Dealing with a high quality and varied caseload;

County Court and High Court Litigation

Professional Negligence claims against solicitors, valuers or title insurers

Indemnity claims against the Land Registry

Desirable Attributes

Minimum 3 years PQE

Experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters i

Demonstrate first class client care and communication skills across all levels

Experience in UK residential and commercial property litigation

Enthusiasm, energy, determination and ambition
