Terms and conditions of business

PLACEMENT FEES:

- Introductory Period: Twelve weeks, unconditional or a free replacement Candidate (Client's choice).

- Payment Terms: Twenty-eight days net, to qualify for rebates and guarantees.

-The Client must inform the Consultants of the Applicant's termination of employment during the introductory period, within 14 days in writing by letter or e-mail.

-Confidentiality: The Consultants guarantee that they will not disclose any information of a sensitive nature regarding the Client's business activities to any third party and will restrict information to applicants to general company information and job descriptions unless otherwise instructed by the Client.

-Our Consultants will use sophisticated selection techniques to ensure Candidates' suitability, but reference, CRB and medical checks are the responsibility of the Employer/Client.

-Acceptance of CVs, arrangement of interviews of our Candidates and offers of employment by the Client, all constitute acceptance of the Consultant's terms and conditions of business.

-The fee payable is for the successful introduction of an Applicant and becomes payable when the Applicant is engaged by the Client, in whatever capacity, up to 1 year after the initial interview has taken place.

-All advertising costs deemed necessary for assignments are borne by the Consultants.
