An exciting expanding group, operating in the alternative health sector

 

 

The post

 

To produce management information analyzing data and presenting information for both external and internal use. Support business heads to produce forecasts and budgets.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

 

  • Produce Monthly management reports including comparing actuals to forecast/budgets and analysing variances

 

  • Evaluate and analyze both internal financial information including sales performance and market information to create financial forecasting information for projects and activities;

 

  • Support business heads to create budgets and forecast;

 

  • Produce monthly financial management information on historical data, ensuring commitments are accounted for

 

  • Prepare briefing materials and presentations on a range of critical business issues to support the decision-making for the senior executives;

 

  • Assist and supports senior management in the implementation and embedding of allocated special projects against success measures;

 

  • Produce analysis and reports on key success measures including KPIs and reports findings to the board and senior management;

 

  • Produce documentation as required for meetings and correspondence for the Board and other senior managers;

 

 

Essential Skills, qualifications and experience

 

 

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

 

  • Ability to deliver complex ideas and arguments in a variety of ways to diverse audiences (through effective negotiation and presentation skills and meetings)
  • Experience of successful partnership and/or collaborative working

 

  • Experience of successfully managing projects and / or teams to achieve agreed priorities
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

  • Strong financial and analysis skills, including basic financial modelling

 

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft applications of Excel, Outlook, Databases and Word

 

  • Good organizational skills and time management

 

  • Part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA ICAEW. ACCA or equivalent)
